𖦏 how long do preorder items take?

Since the items are made from scratch specific to your measurements, items can take anywhere between a couple of days up to 2 weeks depending on how many orders i have! if you have any questions regarding your order i'd be happy to send you updates if you send me an email :)
𖦏 how can i request a custom order?

if you want something made specifically to your liking, go to the contact form up above and send me an email containing all of the necessary information! i will then send you a price estimate and can create a listing for you to purchase!
𖦏 when will i get my order?

items are shipped within 1-2 days of purchase unless otherwise stated! once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. delivery times vary depending on your location.

every item is handmade by me! i am based in massachusetts and make my items in my room <3
𖦏 do you accept returns?

i accept returns within 2 weeks of purchase, and you will be responsible for shipping the item back to me! i can offer refunds or store credit, but an item not fitting does not constitute a refund/return, as measurements are clearly listed in descriptions. feel free to reach out to me with any questions
